Before launching the business, Jake worked at a leading London based specialist recruitment agency, partnering with global media and technology organisations to build high-performing teams. Prior to this, he spent over a decade media agency-side, progressing to Client Services Director level and leading planning, strategy and multi-channel delivery for brands including Greene King Brewing & Brands, American Golf, DSS, City Lets and Fabify.

This provides a first-hand understanding of how agencies, platforms and brands operate from the inside, and the realities faced by the people within them. It underpins everything we do today. We understand the roles, the pressures and the expectations behind the job titles - because we’ve been there. We are a people first business, built on relationships, honesty and long term thinking.

Tara Malin 

Technology Consultant 

Tara is a Technology Consultant specialising in the media and technology recruitment market. As the first hire when the business launched, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth and success.

From the outset, Tara has been instrumental in building candidate and client relationships, developing the technology offering, and establishing the standards we’re known for today. 

She now runs her own desk, partnering with a range of clients to deliver high-quality talent across technology-focused roles.

With a people-first approach and a strong understanding of the market, Tara is trusted by both clients and candidates for her insight, honesty, and commitment.
