AdTech Sales Director - GTM

We’re working with a fast-growing adtech company looking to appoint a Go-To-Market Sales Director to lead its UK commercial strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing the UK go-to-market strategy, aligned with global objectives
- Driving new business growth across agencies, brands, publishers and/or partners (depending on the product)
- Owning senior-level sales conversations and closing complex, high-value deals
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline with clear forecasting and reporting
- Working closely with Product and Marketing to refine value proposition, pricing and messaging
- Identifying strategic partnerships and routes to market
- Acting as the UK market expert, feeding insight back into product and roadmap decisions
- Representing the business at industry events, pitches and client meetings
- Laying the foundations for future team growth, with the opportunity to build and lead a UK sales function over time
Trading Manager (AV)

As AV / TV Trading Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role across planning, buying and optimisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning AV campaigns from client brief to delivery, with full accountability for performance
- Planning, buying, booking and optimising campaigns across Linear TV and Connected TV (CTV)
- Acting as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships across multiple sectors
- Ensuring quality control, delivery accuracy and timelines across all activity
- Negotiating value with broadcasters and sales houses
- Supporting, mentoring and developing more junior team members
- Using industry tools such as MediaOcean, VOD and Linear booking platforms
Performance Manager - Global Network Agency

The agency brings together paid media, marketplace commerce, SEO, content, digital PR and social to create seamless, multichannel purchase journeys for some of the UK’s biggest brands.
You'll be:
- Leading paid search and marketplace strategy across Google and Amazon
- Owning campaign planning, implementation, optimisation and reporting
- Acting as the day-to-day lead for your clients, running weekly calls and contributing to monthly and quarterly reviews
- Translating performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Using bid management tools and automation to drive efficiency and scale

Advanced Skills in Adobe Suite – especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. After Effects and Premiere Pro are helpful but not essential.
• Presentation software skills are required for PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides. • Experience leading and influencing a creative team with a keen ability to delegate and manage multiple projects and people.

Key responsibilities include:
- Driving yield and revenue growth through display and video header bidding strategies
- Managing and developing relationships with SSPs, networks, ad tech vendors and native platforms
- Leading supply and demand path optimisation (SPO / DPO) initiatives
- Supporting identity and audience addressability strategies
- Providing technical account management and in-depth performance analysis
- Identifying and resolving issues across the ad stack to improve delivery and efficiency
- Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver product and revenue enhancements
